A spectacular taste and convivial experience
A play needs a theater if it is to be performed. And we have our own, comfortably seating approximately 32 people, as well as a large marble worktop at the center of the stage. It is called Sala Balthazar, a place entirely dedicated to gatherings and sharing, designed by the architect Roberto Liorni specifically for tastings, tasting tours, vertical tastings and to open large-sized wine bottles, the noblest ones – such as the Balthazar, hence the name.
