To enrich the experience, it includes the winery tour of the suggestive and majestic Feudi di San Gregorio Wine Cellar, followed by a guided of the finest “Le Selezioni” labels tasting. Ristorante San Gregorio waits for a gastronomic path paired with wine, by Danilo Uva Chef, through the eight courses tasting menu and a pairing with esteemed references of DOCG’s grapes denomination. A night at one of the houses, surrounded by silent landscapes and wonderful vineyard ends up with an à la carte gourmet breakfast and a special Pic-Nic plunged into the silent frame of the Abbey.
