Technical cookies

These cookies are essential for proper website operation, allowing users to browse our Website and to take advantage of its features. For example, saving previous actions (inserted texts) when you return to a page during the same session. These cookies do not identify you as individuals. If you do not accept these cookies, the performance of the website, or sections of it, may be affected.

As far as technical cookies are concerned, in accordance with the Provision of the Guarantor of 8 May 2014, no consent is required from the data subject.

Cookies Analytics

Cookies Analytics

Cookies in this category are used to collect information on the use of the site. We will use this information as part of aggregate statistical analysis so that we can improve the use of the Site and make its content more interesting and in line with user expectations. This type of cookie collects anonymous data on user activity and how users found the Site. Analytical cookies are sent by the site itself or by third party domains.

Specifically, the Site uses Google Analytics for statistical purposes only. This is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), which uses cookies that are stored on the user’s computer to enable statistical analysis in an aggregate form with regard to the use of the website accessed. In addition to cookies, Google also uses a pixel tag https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cookie-usage

The Data generated by Google Analytics are stored by Google as specified in the Privacy Policy available here https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cookie-usage.

To read the privacy policy of the company Google Inc., independent data controller of the Google Analytics service, go to the website Internet http://www.google.com/intl/en/analytics/privacyoverview.html

The Google Analytics service, which is used by this site for statistical purposes only, is enabled upon landing on the site and does not require the user’s consent to issue cookies: however, at the following link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=it,  you will find the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics.

Method of processing

Data processing is carried out by automated means by the Data Controller, or its in-house Privacy Officers and Delegates, suitably trained and formally appointed, as well as by external Data Processors, namely service providers assessed and chosen by Balthazar S.r.l. for their proven reliability and expertise.

Data will not be disseminated or disclosed.

Data provision

Aside from technical cookies, which are strictly necessary for normal browsing, data subjects who choose to browse the Site after having read this privacy policy can decide whether or not to provide their personal data.

The data subject can therefore avoid installing analytical cookies by following the instructions below.

How can I check or delete cookies?

You can refuse all cookies and still be able to browse our site. Please note that if you continue to browse the site by accessing another area of the site or selecting an element of the site (for example, an image or link), you agree to the use of cookies.

Most internet browsers are initially set up to automatically accept cookies. You can change these settings to block cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent to your device. There are several ways to manage cookies. Please see your browser’s instruction manual or help screen to find out how to adjust or change your browser settings. If you disable the cookies we use, this may affect your experience while browsing our Site: for example, you may not be able to visit certain sections or you may not receive customized information when you visit the site. If you use different devices to view and access websites (for example, computers, smartphones, tablets, etc.), you must make sure that each browser on each device is adjusted to suit your cookie preferences.

Choices available via browser

You can configure your browser to allow cookies to be stored on your device, to automatically reject them or to reject some of them. You can also configure your browser to display a request to accept or reject cookies before the cookie is installed. For more information, see section c) “How to change your browser settings”.

Accepting cookies
Users can decide whether or not to accept the installation of cookies on their device. Users are free to choose and can change the settings of the browser used on their device at any time. If the user’s browser is set to accept the installation of cookies on the user’s device, the cookies used by the web pages accessed will be temporarily stored in a dedicated space on the user’s device. Only those who install the cookie will be able to read them.

Rejecting cookies
If users choose to reject the installation of cookies on their device, or if cookies already stored are removed, they will not be able to use the features required to browse certain sections of the Site. This is the case, for instance, of certain content or services that require users to log in for access. Moreover, for technical compatibility purposes, it may not be possible to recognize the type of browser that users are using on their device, the default language or the country from which their terminal appears to be connected to the Internet. If a browser is set to reject the installation of cookies on the device, we do not accept any responsibility if the performance of the services should decrease due to the lack of authorization to store and display the information required to fully operate the Site and the services.

How to change your browser preferences
